I’m not sure how I arrived at this recipe, but it’s become a staple and everyone loves it. You’d think it would taste coffee-ish, but it doesn’t at all and gives a beautiful smoky flavor.
The recipe is super simple:
Then just mix it all together and rub liberally on the burger patties just before they go on the BBQ.
Pro tip: only flip a burger once - it’s all about patience. (Same for steak)
